We offer free shipping to anywhere within Australia for all orders over $150.

Your handcrafted products are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. It generally takes  2-5 business days for you to receive your products.

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a tracking code via email to track your shipment online.

To ensure safe product delivery, our items will require a signature upon delivery. If you expect not to be at home during the delivery time, please arrange a suitable delivery time with the courier company.

We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and take extreme care in packaging your order. We only use sustainable and biodegradable packaging.

Out-of-stock items

You can set a notification for out-of-stock items. We’ll send you an email as soon as the item’s back in stock.

Pre-order items

We offer certain items as pre-order. Depending on the type of product, it might take anywhere between 4 to 8 weeks for you to receive the pre-ordered items. Don't worry, we will be in touch throughout the whole process giving you timely updates. 

International shipping available

Live outside Australia? International shipping is available. We offer a flat USD 30 for most of the countries.

International delivery can take 10-12 business days. 

In some exceptional cases, it might take longer due to customs clearance or interruptions as a result of COVID. Depending on the country you reside in, there might be additional customs duties and taxes, which are payable to the shipping company by you at the time of delivery.
